Every person who has crossed their teens, know what the pain acne is….? Pimples come and go, frequently you know what I mean it’s like a guest in the house. But an acne is a chronic disease it sebum, skin cells and hair follicles bunch together to form a plug. When a pore gets exposed to bacteria it results in swelling. The Acne or a pimple doesn’t have a favorite area you can find that parasite anywhere like face, neck, shoulders, chest, and back.
Those advertisements of face wash, creams takes us to fantasy land a world where all of us have a pimple free baby skin. But NAH… Don’t go there; don’t convince yourself to buy those chemicals.
Surprisingly the treatment of Acne and pimples a are fairly simple and same. I think I may be able to help you with something I find extremely useful during these horrifying days of locking myself in the home.
#1. Don’t Touch Or Pop Your Pimple
The most common mistake we do is popping a pimple. A pimple has evil bacteria so popping that pimple will make that bacteria to get in touch with other pores. Never even touch that bulb of bacteria. There is always inflammation near a pimple if you touch it there is a chance it will cause more pain and redness. When you touch your face with those hands, how much you claim they are clean trust me they are not dirt and oil will help bacteria spread all over your face.
#2. Inflammation Of Pimples
Pimples usually get all red and painful. The most basic thing to do is to keep your face clean.
Wash your face frequently just with water properly and softly wipe it with a towel. If the swelling is chronic, icing is a good solution. Wrap an ice in a piece of towel and hold it to the affected area for certain minutes. Repeat the process 2 to 3 times a day.
#3. Drink Plenty Of Water
Just washing face with water is not enough. Drink adequate amount of water. Take 9 to 12 glass of water daily. It hydrates your skin.
#4. Good Food
Clean and glowing skin can’t just be achieved my outer care. Eating healthy and oil free is also important. When you are attacked by pimples, drink less milk. Milk stimulates male hormones – testosterone and androgens which results in pimples. Avoid eating too many sweets and sugary products like sodas, juices, chocolates. These affect your skin substantially. Sugar strike up the insulin which produces acne producing hormones. Balanced food with the right amount of fruits and vegetables purify your blood. It keeps the bacteria away.
#5. Natural Remedies Scar Free Treatment
Lemon: dip a cotton bud in freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply it on your acne before going to bed. In the morning wash your face with lukewarm water. For the desired result, do it every night.
Garlic: Garlic is an antiviral and antioxidant agent that has sulfur and promotes quick healing of acne. Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces and rub on the pimples, leave it for five minutes. Wash the skin with lukewarm water. Repeat the process several times a day.
It’s another way, I know toothpaste is not a natural product but it really helps. Follow these steps
- Take a little white toothpaste (use only white) on your clean finger.
- Apply it on your pimple
- Leave it there for some hours. Rinse it off when it is dried. You apply again the entire day.
It removes the oil on the pimple help that pore breath which is very important.
